4 habbits to make your life happy

  • Write a list of all the things you look forward to
    • Short term and   long term.
    • Reveiw the list every morning, adding new things  and removing thoose not relevant anymore.
    • Be sure you at all times are aware of everything that is on the list.

  • Write a list of all the things you are grateful for
    • Review the list every evening, adding new things you are grateful for.
    • Remember theese things when something in life turns out not so good.

  • Get other people to smile
    • Whenever you get other people to smile, that will trigger a smile and good feelings for yourself too. So do it all the time, make it a habbit.

  • Get out and exercise
    • Fresh air and exercising makes your body produce more endorphins (happiness hormones).
    • Get out and exercise at least 3 times a week to keep your happiness on top.
